Apparently when you work in D.C.--where there's a boutique cupcakery on every corner--even your baby gifts come wrapped as cupcakes. Case and point: Yesterday I returned from lunch to find a box sitting on my desk, and inside were four "cupcakes" made of swaddles and onesies. It was--dare I say?--the sweetest gift :) I had to share with you all ... if only for me to make a mental note to do this for a friend in the future. All you need are the onesies and blankets, a baker's box, some basket coffee filters, and twine and bows. Smart! And pretty darned cute, if you ask me.
